A graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Former employee of the Public Procurement Office, where he gained experience as a public procurement controller and conducted trainings in the field of the Public Procurement Law. As an attorney-at-law, for several years he cooperated with a law firm serving both contracting authorities (including the Municipal Roads Authority in Warsaw – for a period of 2 years) and contractors (operating in various industries, from the construction industry to IT), whom he repeatedly represented in the National Appeals Chamber.
