From the beginning of his professional career, he has specialized in public procurement. He began his work in the Legal Department of the Public Procurement Office, where he prepared responses to requests for interpretations of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law.

Subsequently, as an employee of the Centre for EU Transport Projects, he applied the knowledge he had acquired in the process of auditing the largest linear infrastructure investments in Poland, analyzing the compliance of contracting authorities’ actions with legal regulations and market practice.

The next stage of his career involved serving as a member of the National Appeals Chamber, where, through the examination of appeals, he contributed to shaping case law and influenced the practice of applying public procurement regulations across the country.

Currently, he supports both contracting authorities and contractors, with particular emphasis on providing advisory services in appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber.
