Advises clients on the negotiation of the content of commercial agreements, including contracts related to the implementation of public procurement – both general contracts execution and subcontracting agreements.

Specializes in advising contractors and contracting authorities at all stages of conducting the public procurement process. Represents clients in disputes before the National Appeals Chamber and common courts. She applies her professional experience to support the business activities of clients at the stage of implementation of concluded contracts, including the resolution of pending disputes between the parties, conducting the proceedings in a manner aimed at an amicable settlement. In cases where an amicable settlement of the dispute is not possible – she represents clients before common courts. Provides legal assistance in the field of civil, business, administrative and construction law. Conducts trainings while also being a conference speaker in various areas of law, in particular in the field of public procurement law.

Before joining TRĘBICKI HOŁOWIŃSKA Law Office team, she gained professional experience cooperating with one of the largest public contracting authorities in Poland and with one of the largest contractors in the construction industry, where she advised entrepreneurs in the process of implementing high-value construction investments.

She graduated from the Kozminski University in Warsaw and completed her apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
