Attorney-at-Law with several years of experience in dispute resolution and public procurement.

He has experience in providing comprehensive legal services to private as well as public entities. He represented the State Treasury in dozens of court proceedings. He provided legal support in conciliatory settlement of disputes. He is the author of numerous legal opinions on contracts and settlements concluded by the State Treasury.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
