Provides comprehensive service and advice in the field of public procurement, including support for contractors in the whole public procurement procedure. He also advises clients on the preparation of documentation of proceedings and on conducting the proceedings. Repeatedly represented contractors and contracting authorities in the course of appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber. Prepares drafts of civil and business contracts for our clients. He uses his knowledge, experience and a professional business approach to achieve the intended goal in each case.

He conducts training on public procurement and is the author of numerous publications in the public procurement area.
