Wojciech Kołodziej has professional experience in providing legal services to commercial law companies, in particular, he advises on commercial contracts, including the scope of personal data protection and copyright regulations. He also deals with preparing draft articles of association and other corporate documents, registration applications, as well as legal opinions.

As part of his previous practice, he worked in law firms in Lublin and Warsaw, focusing on providing services for business entities.
